People with PPO insurance plans can submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. An itemized receipt can be obtained for this purpose. What forms of Payment do you take? Dr. Letitia accepts credit cards, checks and cash
Can you be my primary care physician?
Dr. Letitia is not a primary care or internal medicine physician. She does functional medicine that complements medical care provided to you by your primary care physicians. She is happy to work with your provider or independently.

Prescriptions and Supplements: Recommended prescriptions for pharmaceuticals will be called into your preferred pharmacy. Some prescriptions will need to be disbursed by a compounding pharmacy. In this case, the compounding pharmacy will contact you to arrange payment and shipping. Supplements may be recommended to improve your condition or to address symptoms. You may be sent a link to an online dispensery, such as Fullscript, to purchase the supplements. This is just a recommendation for your convenience and to assure quality products. Some specific products may require purchasing through Amazon or the products’ websites. Where you purchase the supplements is completely up to you.
Lab Kits: Specialty lab kits may be recommended to help identify potential causes for your symptoms or condition. They each have a fee, which is offered to you at the physician rate. A review fee will also be charged for each test. The kits will be reviewed in detail with you, along with their costs. Regular blood work may be ordered through Quest or Labcorp and are billed through them, per your insurance. Procedures: Procedures such as ozone therapies, Prolozone (ozone injections), chelation for heavy metals, etc. will each have their own fee. These will be discussed with you prior to the procedure
